A new version of TrackIT Scan Version is available in the App Store and Google Play. Components were updated to their latest version, and the system was formatted to better fit the screen. The signature capture was updated and reformatted. A issue was corrected that caused the screen to freeze sometimes during the scanning process.

TrackIT Scan Version 4.2 is available in the App Store and Google Play. A feature was added to this version that will allow a user to attach pictures to a tracking number in the Transactional screens of the system. This feature must be turned on for your property if you want to use it. You must scan or enter a tracking number before you can attach a picture to it. You can also view and add pictures from the Search Screen by opening a record from the Search results and clicking on the Edit button for an item. TrackIT Scan Version 4.1 is available in the App Store. In this version we have added the ability to capture label information with the camera on your mobile device. There is no more confusion on which bar code to scan. The process can capture the tracking number, recipient, sender, and weight.
